As a Food and Beverage Attendant , you’ll be a key part of creating memorable experiences across our restaurant, bar, and room service offerings. Whether it’s seating guests, recommending dishes, serving meals or preparing room service, you’ll bring energy, professionalism and attention to detail to every shift.


Key responsibilities:


  • Taking orders, upselling, and delivering food & beverages
  • Understanding and catering to dietary and cultural needs
  • Setting and resetting tables, replenishing buffets, and maintaining cleanliness
  • Assisting with room service and POS transactions
  • Following food safety and health & safety procedures
  • Providing genuine, friendly service that makes our guests feel at home
  • This is a hands-on, guest-facing role that offers variety, a fast pace, and the opportunity to contribute to a tight-knit team.


What we're looking for:


  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Can communicate clearly and professionally
  • Proactive, reliable and takes initiative
  • Works well in a team and stays calm under pressure
  • Flexible with AM (5h30am start) and PM hours (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Ideally has hospitality experience or a relevant qualification
  • Barista skills, POS knowledge and food & beverage experience will be a bonus

This role offers 30+ hours per week, with an hourly wage rate of between $27 & $28 per hour (depending on experience).
