About the Role:

The Delivery Lead owns the day-to-day, end-to-end delivery of an assigned portfolio, leading cross-functional business and technology teams from project initiation through to benefits realisation.


Day to day you will be involved in:


  • Own end-to-end portfolio delivery: own and lead the day-to-day, end-to-end delivery of the assigned portfolio, from initiation through to benefits realisation
  • Establish and lead the project team: establish the project team by engaging Technology Evolution, Intelligent Platforms, Enterprise Data, Networks & Operations, CoE and Partners, and lead delivery against agreed scope, schedule and budget
  • Manage portfolio roadmap and risk: manage and maintain the portfolio roadmap, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues and resource planning
  • Maintain spend and benefits visibility: maintain spend and benefits visibility across run, change, vendor, cloud and labour, applying consistent delivery lifecycle and method standards
  • Govern delivery and escalate trade-offs: run steering groups, stage gates and go-live reviews, and escalate trade-offs where portfolio decisions cannot be made locally


What experience you'll bring?


  • 10+ years in technology delivery, with at least 3–5 years leading CRM or BSS transformation in a telco, utilities, or large consumer services environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or equivalent enterprise platforms.
  • Track record of delivering multi-phase programmes that involve progressive legacy decommissioning.
  • Experience working within governed programme structures with architectural gating and independent assurance.
  • Deep understanding of telecommunications Business products and services in BSS/OSS landscape (billing, provisioning, catalogue management) strongly preferred.
