Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to support its Horizon Programme. Reporting to the Solution Delivery Manager, this role will bridge business, change, and technology teams to analyse processes, elicit requirements, and deliver future-state solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business process modelling, stakeholder engagement, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and SDLC methodologies. What You’ll Do


As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be the vital link between our clients business, change management, and technology teams. Your mission will be to analyse current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help design future-ready solutions that empower their global operations. Key responsibilities include:


  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Mapping and modelling business processes to identify areas for optimisation.
  • Facilitating workshops and presenting insights to drive decision-making.
  • Supporting the implementation of innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring smooth transitions from project delivery to business-as-usual operations.


What We’re Looking For


We’re seeking a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering results. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:


  • A tertiary qualification in business, computer science, information systems, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven expertise in business analysis, process modelling, and workshop facilitation.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in supply chain or food safety quality is a plus!
