This highly regarded corporate practice is known for its exceptional legal advice, innovative problem-solving, and commitment to achieving sustainable business outcomes for its clients. The firm regularly acts on local and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, securities law, and more.

While M&A experience is ideal for this position, there is also scope to work across other areas of corporate and commercial law. The firm offers opportunities for growth, autonomy, and leadership.


What You Will Bring | Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu


  • 3-10 years PQE
  • Corporate law experience, with some of that acquired in private practice
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • A strong academic record
  • Qualified in New Zealand or a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
