About the role


Are you an experienced Administrator with a background in AML, compliance, law, financial or professional services? We’re looking for a highly organised and detail oriented experienced Administrator who is confident working with confidential information, client documentation and compliance requirements.


This is a varied role where you’ll be supporting the wider team, dealing directly with clients and stakeholders, assisting with onboarding and making sure records and documentation are accurate and up to date. This role is based in the office, Monday to Friday (Sorry, no hybrid options offered).

Responsibilities


  • Providing excellent customer service through phone calls, emails and walk ins
  • Supporting client onboarding and gathering required documentation
  • Supporting AML, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
  • Submitting IRD & Annual returns
  • Dealing with clients, stakeholders and professional contacts
  • Managing daily mail and general office administration
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks and supporting the wider team where needed


To be successful


You’ll be someone who is naturally organised, switched on and pays close attention to the finer details. You’ll be comfortable working with processes, documentation and confidential information, and you won’t be afraid to put your hand up and take ownership. We’re particularly interested in hearing from people who have worked in:


  • AML & Compliance
  • Financial OR Professional Services
  • Accounting / Tax / Legal


You’ll ideally have


  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Fantastic attention to detail and a naturally switched on approach
  • Experience working with confidential information and sensitive documentation
  • Confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders
  • The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional, reliable and can do attitude
  • Xero XPM, IRD & First AML experience would be an advantage
