Job Description

If you love creating great guest experiences and you are at your best when leading from the floor, this could be your next step. We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor with strong barista skills who can help lift service standards, support daily operations, and build a confident, connected team across our daytime cafe and evening restaurant.


What you will be doing


  • Supervising day and evening shifts across Majestic Cafe and Mayfair Restaurant
  • Leading the team from the front, through busy services with calm, clear direction
  • Setting the pace for warm, professional guest service and handling issues on the spot
  • Supporting training, coaching, and creating a positive team culture
  • Helping with rosters, stock control, and smooth shift handovers
  • Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to keep service flowing
  • Upholding health and safety, food handling, and liquor licensing requirements


What we are looking for


  • Proven experience in a food and beverage leadership role
  • Confident barista skills and a strong understanding of quality coffee service
  • A natural team builder who enjoys coaching and bringing people together
  • Strong communication and organisation, with a hands-on approach
  • Full availability across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, AM & PM shifts
