As our Marketing Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in showcasing one of Auckland’s largest hotels, featuring 453 rooms, 4 restaurants, extensive conferencing facilities, and a sought-after wedding insight to ensure our brand stands out in a competitive market.


You will lead the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns that drive revenue across all business streams—rooms, corporate events, conferences, weddings, and dining. This role requires a confident, experienced marketer who understands the unique demands of hotel operations and can translate business goals into high-impact digital, content, and partnership initiatives.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Designing and delivering marketing campaigns that boost bookings and revenue across conferencing, weddings, and dining.
  • Elevating the hotel’s digital presence through effective brand management, social media engagement, and content creation.
  • Building strong relationships with tourism partners, media, and local businesses to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Supporting the annual business plan alongside the Head of Marketing, the General Manager and key departments.
  • Working very closely with the national marketing team on paid campaigns and performance marketing.
  • Reporting monthly on brand and performance marketing.
  • Upholding brand integrity across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Contributing to a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.


What we’re looking for:


  • Hotel or hospitality experience is essential – ideally within a 4–5-star environment.
  • A marketing degree or relevant qualification.
  • Over 5 years of marketing experience , preferably in hotels, tourism, events, or hospitality.
  • Proven success in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand storytelling.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to lead marketing strategy.
  • Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and respond quickly to changing market conditions.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with our company values.
