Job Description

Millennium Hotel Rotorua is looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant with a strong interest in our beverage and bar operations to join our friendly team!

About the Role


Whether you're a skilled Barperson or an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant looking to build on your beverage knowledge, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to our guests.

We're looking for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, takes pride in their work, and brings energy and enthusiasm to every shift.


Your passion for beverages is what we're looking for! You'll have the opportunity to showcase your bartending skills, recommend drinks, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests across our bar, restaurant, conferences, and functions.


What We're Looking For


At least one year's bartending experience is essential , with a genuine interest in beverage and bar operations.

  • A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Confidence recommending beverages and engaging with guests.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A strong understanding of safe food handling and responsible service practices.
  • The ability to prepare great coffee and basic computer skills for order entry would be an advantage.
  • A professional presentation and a keen eye for detail.
