We’re seeking an experienced and charismatic Bartender who thrives in a vibrant, social setting and can elevate every guest’s experience with confidence and flair.


About the Role


As our Bartender, you’ll bring a world-class understanding of classic cocktails, wine varieties, and industry standards. You’ll be responsible for the seamless opening and closing of the bar, maintaining a dynamic atmosphere where guests feel both welcomed and wowed.


Responsibilities:


  • Craft and serve classic cocktails with precision, catering to an internationally-minded clientele
  • Knowledgeably recommend wine selections and understand varietal differences
  • Execute bar operations with full responsibility for opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure consistent adherence to safe food and beverage handling practices
  • Uphold a polished, professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor at all times


What We’re Looking For:


  • Must have bar experience in a dynamic setting, with strong knowledge of classic cocktails and wines
  • A collaborative, team-focused attitude along with the independence to manage shifts solo
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, adapting to the pulse of our social environment
  • Must be available Christmas & New Year holiday period
  • A confident, well-groomed, and charismatic approach to guest interactions
