Quashed.co.nz saves Kiwis from overpaying and the frustrations of insurance. We make it easy to compare and shop for insurance in one place, all online.


We're seeking a driven Growth Marketing Manager to help us reach our next massive milestone: 250,000 NZ consumers on our platform. You will be empowered with the autonomy to ideate, test, and execute novel acquisition strategies. If you are looking for a high-impact, high-visibility role where your work directly shapes the company's trajectory, this is the challenge for you.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive platform awareness and aggressively scale sign ups
  • Develop, execute and iterate on highly effective marketing strategies
  • Manage and continuously monitor and optimise campaign performance


Requirements


  • 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in eCommerce
  • A proven track record of delivering effective and measurable marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with current marketing channels, platform and tools
