We have two exciting opportunities available:


  1. Food and Beverage Attendant (Ember) – As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you’ll be a key part of creating memorable experiences across our restaurant
  2. Banquets Attendant – Support our conference and events operations while assisting across other Food and Beverage outlets when required.


Key responsibilities :


  • Delivering outstanding service across restaurant, room service, and banquet operations.
  • Greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and ensuring timely and professional food and beverage delivery.
  • Upselling menu items and recommending dishes and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and professionalism.
  • Supporting team goals and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.


What we’re looking for:


  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel Food and Beverage service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Flexibility to work across AM and PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of dietary and cultural requirements is a plus.
  • Banquets role: experience in event or conference service is advantageous.

This is an 8-hour minimum per week part-time position, with a pay range of $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
