About the Role


As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive guest experience overnight. You will act as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring their comfort, safety, and security throughout the night.


Your responsibilities will include:


• Assisting guests with check-ins, inquiries, and requests

• Explaining hotel facilities and anticipating guest needs

• Conducting security rounds to ensure guest safety and property security

• Occasional cooking of small meals during the night (Full training provided)

• Delivering room service orders

• Assisting with hotel cleaning and occasional meal preparation

• Helping guests with luggage (a good level of physical fitness is required)



About You


• Previous hotel front office experience is preferred but not essential

• Enjoy working night shifts and can communicate clearly in English

• Take pride in high standards of service, safety, and presentation

• Reliable, trustworthy, and guest-focused

• Experience with Opera Cloud is an advantage, but training will be provided



Hours & Pay


• Part-time: 24 hours per week on a rotating roster

• Shifts: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

• Pay rate: $24.21 – $25.04 per hour
