Due to internal movement, we are on the lookout for a new Hotel Attendant to join our team.


We have a unique and exciting opportunity to work in a variety of roles spanning all hotel departments from Housekeeping to Food & Beverage.


That's where you come in.


You will need to have 3-6 months of experience in the hospitality sector or customer service, and a positive “Can Do” attitude is essential. We have great training, and you will be exposed to many departments, so this is an excellent first step if you are considering a long-term career in the hotel industry. It's important that you love interacting with customers as much as you enjoy assisting where required.


In this role, you will:


  • Be part of the housekeeping team, maintaining the cleanliness & appearance of guest rooms
  • Welcome guests and manage the check-in/out process, allocation of rooms and daily cashiering
  • Assist guests with information on hotel products and services
  • Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages
  • Get stuck in with the Kitchen crew, assisting with prep & dishes


You will need to be fit and flexible for day, night, and weekend shifts, 9 hours per week.
