The Role


As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will own and drive the growth engine for Quashed. You’ll lead the end-to-end execution of our marketing strategy—building brand awareness, scaling digital user acquisition, and driving long-term customer engagement.


This is a high-ownership role where strategic vision meets hands-on execution. You will shape the voice of Quashed as we consolidate our position as NZ's market leader.


What You’ll Do


  • Drive Growth & Acquisition: Design, run, and scale multi-channel campaigns (paid, social, email, referral) optimised for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Define Brand & Messaging: Lead content strategy, brand positioning, and customer communications across every touchpoint to ensure a seamless narrative.
  • Analyse & Optimise: Track campaign performance, leverage data (GA4, MixPanel, FullStory), and continuously test/optimise to maximise ROI and conversion rates.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep customer and competitor analysis to spot trends and turn insights into high-converting campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Ownership: Work closely with Product, Tech, and Partnerships to align growth campaigns with product roadmaps and commercial targets.
  • Partner Management: Direct and collaborate with external agencies and specialist contractors to deliver on outcomes.


What You Bring


  • Proven Track Record: 4+ years of hands-on New Zealand marketing experience across performance marketing, brand strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Growth & Revenue Mindset: Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or high-growth consumer platforms with a sharp focus on conversion metrics.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable navigating marketing analytics platforms to turn raw numbers into strategic decisions.
  • Self-Starter Attitude: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with full ownership over initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
