We're looking for a passionate, design-savvy marketer seeking an in-house role with full responsibility across all marketing collateral and comms.


  • Creating all marketing collateral + brand champion + Agri industry
  • Marketer & graphic designer + work onsite Mount Maunganui office
  • Fun, friendly team + experience with google ads, print, socials, events

With a base at Mount Maunganui, this team of experts provide farmers with tailored advice and access to high-quality products that truly move the needle on farm. Moving all their creative and marketing in house, the team require a practical, organised and experienced marketeer with strong design capability and an understanding of the Ag industry.


The Role


In this newly created position you will manage all marketing and communications across two Ag businesses. You will have experience knowing how to manage brands, ensuring all brand guidelines are adhered to across all communications. As a multi-skilled marketer, you're also design-savvy with the ability to create eye catching design led collateral for all platforms across print and social platforms. You will look after all internal and external communications, manage advertising, branded merchandise, team uniforms and all the exciting requirements needed for agri events, such as Fieldays. A strong communicator, you have exceptional relationship management skills as will be working with a range of key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Bring all creative, marketing and advertising in house and be responsible for maintaining organised records of marketing assets
  • Plan and coordinate marketing activity in line with the brand strategy
  • Be the Brand Champion and produce design-led artwork for all marketing collateral across print, digital and social channels
  • Apply brand guidelines to all internal and external communications
  • Assist with the development of presentations and team information materials
  • Prepare content and creative material for advertising, promotional activity and Agri events
  • Coordination and organisation for internal team merchandise and uniforms


You will have


  • Proven experience in a similar in-house marketing role or ad agency
  • Experience in marketing, communications, brand coordination or a related position, min 3-5 years
  • Demonstrated graphic design capability and a strong eye for visual detail
  • Experience developing artwork for print and digital applications
  • Knowledge of brand management and application of brand guidelines
  • Experience coordinating uniforms, merchandise, promotional materials or branded assets across large scale events
  • Strong written communication, editing and proofreading skills
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines
  • NZ Citizenship or hold NZ Permanent Residency
