As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guest rooms and service areas are maintained to the highest standards.


You’ll be responsible for cleaning and servicing rooms, replenishing amenities, and contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for all guests.


This is a part-time position for 30 hours per week, with a variable rotating roster, which will include weekends and public holidays. Pay range of $24.21 to $25.04 per hour depending on experience


Key responsibilities:


  • Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards (including stay-over and check-out rooms)
  • Replenish amenities and ensure correct room setups
  • Report maintenance and security issues promptly
  • Participate in environmental and health & safety initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations


What we’re looking for:


  • Previous experience in housekeeping in hotels or similar preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
