Role: Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant (Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist)

Type: Full-time, Permanent


The Opportunity


Are you a registered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist who loves helping people get back on their feet but hates being buried under mountains of paperwork? We are partnering with a large nationwide healthcare leader to find a motivated Senior clinician for their thriving Henderson clinic.


In this role, you will split your time between the clinic and the community, designing bespoke return-to-work and recovery programmes. You will work alongside a super supportive multidisciplinary team, meaning plenty of shared knowledge and zero clinical isolation.

What you will be doing:


  • Developing and running rehabilitation programmes across both private practice and community settings.
  • Liaising with a tight-knit allied health team to get the best outcomes for your clients.
  • Writing goal-oriented progress reports and managing your schedule using modern diary software.


What you need to bring:


  • Current NZ registration as a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with a valid APC.
  • A strong interest or experience in Vocational Rehabilitation (experience with ACC contracts is a massive bonus!).
  • A full NZ Driver’s License (essential for community visits).
  • Top-tier communication skills—you’ll be building relationships with new and diverse clients every single day.
