We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant, who combines exceptional candidate care, strong attention to detail and a genuinely process-driven approach, to join the Talent Acquisition team at Millennium Hotels and Resorts.


For us, it's about more than just filling a vacancy. This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role where you’ll partner with hiring managers, manage multiple vacancies and guide candidates through their recruitment journey.


You understand that candidates remember how they were treated, whether they got the job or not, and recognise that every interaction contributes to our employer brand.


You're someone who pays attention to the details, keeps systems accurate, follows established processes, and takes pride in seeing though tasks.


What you’ll be doing


  • Managing vacancies through the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Creating engaging internal and external advertising
  • Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
  • Managing pre-employment screening, reference checks and supporting the offer process
  • Providing candidates with a responsive, respectful and well-managed recruitment experience
  • Keeping recruitment systems and candidate information accurate and up to date
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and providing practical recruitment advice
  • Building candidate pipelines and supporting talent attraction initiatives
  • Preparing accurate recruitment information and reporting.


What we’re looking for


Ideally, you’ll bring previous in-house recruitment experience and be comfortable managing recruitment from vacancy through to appointment.

Experience within hotels or hospitality would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential. We’re much more interested in finding the right recruiter with the right approach.


You’ll be someone who:


  • Genuinely cares about candidate experience, including candidates who aren’t ultimately successful
  • Has exceptional attention to detail and naturally checks their work
  • Is process-driven, organised and comfortable juggling competing priorities
  • Takes ownership, follows things through and keeps candidates and managers informed
  • Can work at pace without sacrificing accuracy or candidate care
  • Is confident using recruitment systems, data and reporting
  • Builds credibility with hiring managers and is comfortable providing recruitment advice
  • Brings a warm, professional and human approach to recruitment.


The role requires strong recruitment knowledge, relationship management, organisation and time management, accuracy and confidence working with systems, data and analysis.
