Ecommerce Coordinator

Our client is a well-established New Zealand company with a portfolio of beautiful, quality knitwear brands built to last, working towards a more eco-conscious world for fashion. Their websites are where many customers first meet them, so those sites need to be beautiful, seamless and a reflection of the pieces that they so carefully craft - that’s where you come in.

As Ecommerce Coordinator, you’ll look after their Shopify stores from end to end. That means making sure every product looks its best, every page runs smoothly and every customer has a great experience. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager, Creative Director and Content Coordinator, which makes this a great fit for someone who loves both the creative and analytical sides of online retail.

What you’ll be doing

• Running the brands’ Shopify sites day to day, from merchandising and product data to imagery and SEO
• Tracking performance and finding ways to lift conversion, traffic and average order value
• Bringing each new collection, sale and campaign to life online
• Reviewing stock, spotting gaps and recommending reorders
• Building and refining email flows, segments and CRM
• Looking after customer emails, care and mending programmes, and third-party platforms
• Working with the dispatch team to make delivery smooth
• Managing and receiving online customer portal orders

What you’ll bring

You’ve got solid Shopify experience and an eye for detail that borders on obsessive, in the best way. You’re comfortable with data, know your way around SEO and UX, and can do some basic HTML and image editing. Most of all, you care about how a website feels to shop, not just whether it works.
