As a Porter , you are often the first and last point of contact for our guests - be part of a team that delivers warm, genuine hospitality in one of New Zealand’s most iconic locations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be the welcoming face of the hotel creating smooth, memorable guest arrivals and departures while supporting our Front Office team.


Key responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Assist with luggage handling and guest arrivals/departures
  • Provide local recommendations on Queenstown activities, dining, and attractions
  • Support concierge duties and guest requests
  • Maintain presentation of public areas
  • Assist with valet parking and guest transport (where required)


What we're looking for:


  • Passionate about customer service and creating great guest experiences
  • Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Physically fit and comfortable handling luggage
  • Holds a full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence (not essential)
  • Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work some nights when required
  • Knowledge of Queenstown and surrounding areas is advantageous
