Are you commercially minded, analytical and passionate about turning data into smart revenue decisions?


We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join our Revenue team, supporting our hotels to maximise revenue performance through effective pricing, forecasting, inventory management and market insight.


Reporting to the National Revenue Manager, this is a hands-on role where you will work closely with General Managers and hotel teams to understand performance, identify opportunities and make informed decisions that drive ADR, occupancy and RevPAR.


About the role


You will be responsible for:


  • Developing and implementing revenue strategies across your portfolio of hotels
  • Managing pricing and room inventory to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Preparing accurate forecasts and monitoring performance against budget and previous periods
  • Analysing booking trends, pace, market demand and competitor activity
  • Identifying opportunities and risks and recommending appropriate pricing responses
  • Monitoring hotel performance and providing clear, meaningful revenue reporting
  • Using data and market intelligence to support short and longer-term commercial decisions
  • Working closely with General Managers and hotel teams to ensure revenue strategies are understood and implemented
  • Reviewing results and adjusting strategies as market conditions change
  • Contributing to revenue meetings and providing insight into current performance and future demand


About you


We are looking for someone who enjoys both the analytical and relationship sides of revenue management.


Ideally, you will bring:


  • At least two years' experience in a hotel Revenue Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management principles, pricing, forecasting and inventory management
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and turn it into practical commercial decisions
  • A strong understanding of hotel performance measures including ADR, occupancy and RevPAR
  • Confidence working with revenue management and hotel systems, with experience using systems such as IDeaS, Opera and STR advantageous
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain revenue strategy to operational stakeholders
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working with General Managers and senior hotel leaders
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining a broader commercial perspective
  • A proactive, results-driven approach and genuine curiosity about what is happening in the market
