Whether you already have hotel housekeeping experience or are looking for an opportunity to learn, what matters most to us is your attitude, reliability and pride in doing a job well.


This is a permanent, part-time opportunity offering 30+ hours per week , making it ideal for someone who is already based in Queenstown and looking for stable, ongoing work long term.


About the Role


As a Room Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for our guests.  You’ll make sure our rooms are clean, comfortable and ready for each guest to enjoy, while working alongside a supportive team in one of New Zealand’s most iconic destinations.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Clean and service guest rooms, including stay-over and departure rooms
  • Replenish guest amenities and ensure rooms are presentation-ready
  • Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the hotel to support a great guest experience
  • You’ll need to hold valid New Zealand working rights suitable for ongoing employment


What We're Looking For


We are particularly interested in candidates who are looking to build a longer-term career with us and become part of our Queenstown team.


  • Ideally, you’ll already be living in Queenstown and looking for an ongoing permanent role in the area
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential as we will train you.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Reliable, organised and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work as part of a supportive team
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
