We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and professional Porter to join our busy Front Office team. This role is all about delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.


What You’ll Be Doing


• Offering warm, genuine welcomes and farewells

• Assisting guests with luggage

• Parking and retrieving vehicles

• Keeping public areas tidy and inviting

• Responding to guests' needs with speed and positivity

• Working across a mix of morning, day & evening shifts

What We’re Looking For


• Strong customer service experience

• Full, clean NZ driver’s licence (manual preferred)

• Previous experience working in hotels would be great

• Excellent English communication

• Professional presentation and a positive attitude

• Physically fit (comfortable lifting and moving luggage)

• Availability for a variable roster, including weekends and public holidays
