Your Role with Us

As Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how AIA attracts, engages, and hires exceptional talent. Leading a high-performing Talent Acquisition team while maintaining your own recruitment portfolio, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to achieve outstanding hiring outcomes across the business.


Working closely with leaders, candidates, and external partners, you will influence workforce decisions, strengthen AIA’s employment brand, and create inclusive, engaging candidate experiences. Your Impact

  • Lead and inspire the Talent Acquisition team to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, strong performance, and an inclusive team culture.
  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies that support workforce priorities and build sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that enable business success.
  • Source, assess, and secure diverse talent through innovative attraction strategies, proactive talent pooling, and market engagement.
  • Strengthen AIA’s employment brand through compelling campaigns, candidate experiences, and targeted attraction initiatives.
  • Use recruitment data and insights to identify opportunities, improve processes, and support informed decision-making.


Your Capabilities

  • You have proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment activities and coaching others to deliver exceptional talent outcomes.
  • You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills and build trusted relationships across a wide range of business and external partners.
  • You have expertise in sourcing and attracting talent through multiple channels while creating positive and inclusive candidate experiences.
  • You bring a strategic and transformational mindset, using insights and innovation to continuously improve recruitment practices.
  • You have strong critical thinking skills and use data, market intelligence, and sound judgement to guide decisions and recommendations.
  • It is great if you bring experience strengthening employer brand initiatives, workforce planning, or leading broader talent acquisition functions.
