The Role


As the Service Delivery Coordinator you will sit at the operational heart of the business. You’ll be the superstar “glue” who keeps everything running smoothly, empowering account managers and tech whizzes to deliver awesome results for clients. Your previous experience in a digital agency or technology company is a must - you know workflow lingo.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee project pipelines and service workflow to ensure commitments are met with speed and precision
  • Facilitate operational flow, supporting the team and manage internal delivery boards, ensuring seamless task transitions from initial scoping to client sign-off
  • Run regular stand-ups keeping technical, cloud and account teams closely aligned
  • Refine delivery playbooks and uphold high quality and SLA standards
  • Support the team with your exceptional coordination skills


What you will bring


  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in service delivery or project coordination position, ideally within an IT consultancy or digital agency
  • You know your way around Agile/Kanban process and workflow visualisation
  • Strong admin and coordination experience with strong attention to detail and able to juggle multiple projects at any one time
  • A genuine passion for digital transformation, software development, cybersecurity and AI
  • Natural born organiser as you understand tech process and know how to keep things on track
  • You are the ultimate connector linking Account Managers, Project Managers and Tech experts
  • Clear communication and strong problem solving skills
  • You are self-motivated, engaging and have the discipline to work independently and deliver consistently
  • Valid right to live and work in New Zealand and a clean full driver's licence.
