We’re now looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our passionate team and help craft unforgettable dining experiences, contributing to our “ A Thousand Ways of Happiness ” promise.


Our purpose is simple: Your best time and place – right here, right now . It’s what drives us to deliver exceptional moments at every table. You’ll bring this to life by preparing high-quality dishes, supporting menu innovation, and leading your section with precision and pride.


Key responsibilities:


  • Ensure every plate leaves the pass with confidence.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior team.
  • Support day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Mentor junior Chefs.
  • Uphold food safety and quality standards.
  • Contribute to menu design and kitchen creativity.
  • Keep an eye on cost control, stock levels, and sustainability practices.


What we're looking for:


  • A trained and qualified Chef with experience in fast-paced, premium dining environments.
  • You thrive under pressure, take initiative, and lead with integrity.
  • You genuinely care about quality and consistency (and it shows in your food).
  • A strong food production background and creative flair.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • A calm, collaborative approach (especially during service).
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance standards.
  • A commitment to innovation and going further in everything you do.
