Silverfin is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead their marketing and communications efforts, drive business development, and enhance investor engagement.About Silverfin:Silverfin specialises in syndication offerings, connecting investors with unique opportunities. As part of their team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the way they communicate with clients, grow brand presence, and deliver exceptional marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing & Communications:


  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Coordinate advertising placements with media outlets to secure premium slots.
  • Implement targeted digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and email marketing
  • Create and maintain websites for new offerings, ensuring timely production.
  • Arrange video and photographic content for syndicates and sell-downs.
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, website) to grow Silverfin’s online presence.
  • Distribute marketing materials in line with internal policies and compliance requirements.
  • Explore innovative ways to expand the Silverfin brand and investor database.
  • Plan and coordinate investor events such as AGMs.


Sales & Business Development:


  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication strategies.
  • Actively seek opportunities to grow the investor base and strengthen partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.

  • Is creative, resourceful, and thrives under tight deadlines.
  • Has strong communication skills and experience working across advertising mediums, social media platforms, and website management.
  • Understands compliance requirements and has experience working in regulated environments.
