In ZEIL’s search results, job tiles are displayed to candidates as a quick overview of relevant matches to their search.
We recommend not having any text on your job tile image, as key job details are placed on top of the images once you post.
Design Recommendations
- Image file type: JPG or PNG
- File size: Maximum 3.5 MB per image
- Ratio: 7:4
- Resolution: At least 1050 x 600 pixels
- 1x image allowed per campaign
Text Recommendations:
- Job title: Recommended 19 characters
- Company tagline: Maximum 40 characters
You will complete these as part of the job posting process and do not need to add them to your designs.
