Available First Foundation Jobs

First Foundation helps young New Zealanders with real potential get through tertiary study when money or networks would otherwise stop them. Our students come from under-resourced backgrounds, and we back them with three things that work together: financial support, paid work experience with an employer in their field, and a mentor who walks alongside them for the four years of their degree. The mentoring is what holds the rest together. Plenty of young people have the ability and the drive. What they often don't have is someone in their corner who's already walked that road, who can explain how a workplace works, who to ask, and what to do when first year isn't going the way they hoped. We're a national programme, with students and mentors from Auckland to Dunedin.
