At Supply Services Ltd, we're a proudly New Zealand-owned business and a trusted name in the performance engineering industry. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Storeperson to take ownership of our Christchurch warehouse operations.


About the Role


This is a varied and rewarding position that combines warehouse duties with operating our CNC beam saw. As the sole-charge warehouse team member, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products are accurately received, processed, cut, stored, and dispatched while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Receive, check, and store incoming goods
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Operate and maintain our CNC beam saw to cut materials to customer specifications
  • Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
  • Ensure the warehouse remains organised, clean, and efficient
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Work closely with the wider team to support customer satisfaction and business growth


This is an active, physical role suited to someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a hands-on environment.

About You


To be successful in this role, you will have:


  • Previous warehouse or storeperson experience
  • Experience operating machinery or confidence learning new equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • A strong commitment to health and safety
  • A solid work ethic and willingness to contribute to team success


Forklift experience and certification are highly regarded but not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate, including operation of our CNC beam saw.
