The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced STMS professional to join our Nelson team.

As an STMS you will

  • Lead crews on temporary traffic management sites
  • Deliver safe and efficient traffic management solutions
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Ensure projects are completed safely and professionally
  • Be available to work night shifts, away jobs, weekends, and on-call rosters

What we're looking for

We're looking for people who:

  • Have a positive attitude and enjoy working outdoors
  • Value safety and looking after their teammates
  • Are reliable and keen to learn
  • Enjoy working with people and helping the public
  • Have strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous industry experience and relevant STMS qualifications are essential
