We're currently looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing Audi, CUPRA & ZEEKR service team.


This role involves frontline contact with our company's many customers, we have high expectations of honesty, competence, professionalism and delivering on the commitments made to our customers.


The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:


  • At least 1 year of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership environment
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
  • A willingness to learn and develop your product and technical knowledge
  • An approachable, friendly and confident personality
  • Clear and effective communication skills, enabling you to relay information accurately to both customers and staff
  • The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced service environment
  • A strong focus on attention to detail and following through on customer commitments
