Kings Plant Barn is one of Auckland's leading garden centre retailers, specialising in quality plants and garden products for both indoor and outdoor spaces. From one small store over 30 years ago, we have grown to seven stores and one nursery, helping gardeners across Auckland create spaces they love.

Joining us for our busy spring season, you will provide additional support to the branch leadership team, ensuring our customers are well looked after and the branch and team is running at its best. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys supporting others and is keen to play an active part in the team's success.


About the role:


  • Fixed term through Spring/Summer
  • Upholding an excellent customer experience and ensuring standards are maintained
  • Maintaining high quality and appropriate quantity levels of stock on site
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to help them develop their skills
  • Motivating and driving the team to exceed targets
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are being followed

  • A reasonable level of fitness is required as this role involves heavy lifting
