Site Engineers and Project Engineers, Southeast Queensland & Regional Queensland based roles – Not FIFO


Senior Project Engineers

$145,000 - $180,000 AUD + 12% + superannuation + serviced motor vehicle


Project Engineers

$120,000 - $155,000 AUD + 12% superannuation + serviced motor vehicle


Site Engineers

$90,000 - $115,000 AUD + 12%  superannuation + serviced motor vehicle


+ $5K relocation package for all roles

Our client is a certified 'Great Place to Work' and due to unprecedented growth in Queensland in the run up to the 2032 Olympics Games they have outstanding career opportunities available for Senior Project Engineers, Project Engineers and Site Engineers to join their team.


Our client is a well-established company with over 35 years of experience in delivering excellence across civil construction, mining, and infrastructure. They don't just build projects—they build careers.


They have projects across South East Queensland (Greater Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Hervey Bay, Townsville, Cairns, Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Logan) as well as the regional towns Hervey Bay, Townsville and Cairns.


Projects are 60% urban development (typically subdivisions) for private companies and councils and 40% infrastructure (roads, bridges, rail etc) for Transport & Main Roads (TMR) & council projects.


The Opportunities


Our client has opportunities for multiple Site Engineers, Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers to join their growing team across the Queensland region.


In these roles, you’ll be at the heart of project delivery.


From planning and coordinating key construction activities to monitoring technical performance on site, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring projects run safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.


You’ll take ownership of quality assurance, project administration and financial reporting, while working closely with site teams to keep programs on track and milestones achieved.

Senior Project Engineers

$145,000 - $180,000 AUD + 12% + superannuation


Project Engineers

$120,000 - $155,000 AUD + 12% superannuation


Site Engineers

$90,000 - $115,000 AUD + 12%  superannuation

  • Pay to Pass, after 6 months you can seek approval to enrol in higher education and for every course they pass we will pay their study fees.

About You


  • 3 years + NZ experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or similar (desirable)
  • Previous experience in Engineering in Civil Construction
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationship
  • Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications
  • Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
  • Keen to move to Queensland for a long term career opportunity
  • Motivated with a great attitude
  • NZ/AU Citizen
