Overview

HR Advisor 3 month FTC Opportunity

  • Varied client work, end to end HR advisory & ER exposure
  • ASAP start, FTC until Dec, potential to be ongoing
  • Circa $105k, CBD location

About the Role

  • Provide day to day HR advisory support across a wide range of client organisations
  • Manage ER cases end to end including performance, disciplinary, investigations, restructures and terminations
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, offering practical advice aligned with NZ employment law and best practice
  • Support and run full cycle recruitment processes, from role scoping through to offer stage
  • Contribute to HR projects such as performance frameworks, salary reviews and organisational changes

Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Experience managing full ER processes end to end – this is an absolute must have!
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients
  • Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
