Your day-to-day


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing and maintaining a diverse range of forklifts
  • Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
  • Completing minor through to major repairs
  • Attending breakdowns and customer service call-outs
  • Undertaking field service work when required
  • Maintaining a professional relationship with customers
  • Working efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards


What you'll bring


A relevant automotive or mechanical trade qualification and proven forklift experience are essential. Experience with construction or heavy equipment is an advantage.


Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills, the ability to complete repairs independently, good communication, attention to detail and a positive team approach are important.
