  • Supportive and collaborative leadership team that values its people
  • Stable, long-term career opportunity with room to make your mark
  • Positive team culture and great working environment

About You:

  • Proven experience leading workshop, service, or operational teams within the heavy diesel, transport, automotive, or heavy equipment sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to support and guide technicians when required.
  • Skilled at planning resources, allocating workloads, and maximising technician utilisation across multiple jobs and priorities.
  • A natural people leader who knows how to get the best out of a team while maintaining accountability and performance.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and with customers.
  • Confident making decisions, solving problems, and adapting to changing priorities.
