Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused Safety Spotter to join a busy worksite. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working around mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs), understands site hazards, and takes pride in keeping others safe.


What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as a dedicated safety spotter for workers and MEWP operations
  • Monitoring the work area for hazards and maintaining safe exclusion zones
  • Communicating clearly with operators and site personnel
  • Supporting safe work practices and following site procedures at all times
  • Raising concerns promptly if conditions become unsafe


What you’ll need

  • Current MEWP certificate – essential
  • Current Working at Heights certificate – essential
  • A strong commitment to health and safety
  • Good communication skills and the confidence to speak up when required
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a practical attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a site team
