Job Description

We're seeking motivated and hardworking Labourers who are ready to get stuck in, learn new skills, and play an important role in helping build and maintain New Zealand's communities.

We are currently recruiting for a variety of opportunities, including:


  • Skilled Labouring
  • Civil Labouring
  • Roading & Infrastructure
  • Asphalt & Chip Sealing Crews
  • Traffic Management
  • Construction Labouring
  • Drainage & Earthworks
  • Site Clean-Up & General Labouring


What We're Looking For


To be successful in these roles, you'll have:


  • A full Class 1 driver's licence (an advantage but not essential for all roles)
  • A strong commitment to Health and Safety practices
  • The ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Excellent reliability and punctuality
  • The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Reliable transport to and from work each day
  • The ability to perform physical demanding work
