Temp Agricultural Workers


We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our temporary workforce for a variety of agricultural roles across Mid Canterbury.


No two days are the same. Work can include general agricultural labouring, weeding and roguing, harvesting, grading, and supervising crews. Most work is out in the paddocks, with transport to and from the worksite normally provided.

We have both short-term and ongoing opportunities available for people who are reliable and keen to work.


We’re looking for people who:

  • Are reliable, hardworking and physically fit
  • Are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Have a positive attitude and are willing to get stuck in
  • Are flexible and available for a variety of work
  • Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team
  • Have a full NZ driver licence (advantageous)
