Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Sealing Crew Operators to join a busy civil construction team working on road maintenance and sealing projects throughout the region.


This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive crew delivering important infrastructure works in a hands-on outdoor environment. The project is expected to run through until approximately the middle of next year, with the potential for ongoing opportunities for the right candidates.


The Role

Working as part of a sealing crew, you will assist with a variety of road construction and maintenance activities, including:

  • Chip sealing and road surfacing operations
  • Operating and assisting with specialised sealing equipment
  • General labouring and site support duties
  • Traffic management and site safety activities
  • Working collaboratively within a close-knit team to meet project deadlines


Skills and Attributes

  • Previous civil construction, roading, sealing, or labouring experience is advantageous
  • W,T,R endorsments
  • A strong commitment to health and safety
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors
  • Reliable transport to and from work
