Our client is an established international banking group offering a broad range of corporate and institutional banking services. With access to international markets and specialist expertise, the bank provides tailored financial solutions to support its corporate clients.


About the Role

Join the Corporate & Institutional Banking team of an established international bank, managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate & Institutional Banking, you will develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and deliver tailored financial solutions.

Experienced Commercial Banking Relationship Managers looking to transition into Corporate Banking are also encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Identify new business and build lasting relationships
  • Structure tailored banking solutions
  • Undertake credit analysis, financial modelling and credit applications
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Trade Finance and Credit teams
  • Manage portfolio performance, credit and operational risks


Skills & Experience

We are looking for a commercially minded Relationship Manager with strong analytical skills and proven client-facing experience.


You will bring:

  • 5+ years' Commercial or 3+ years' Corporate Banking experience
  • Proven relationship management and business development skills
  • Strong credit analysis and financial modelling capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial judgement and NZ work eligibility


Direct client relationship management experience is important for this role. Candidates with primarily credit analysis experience will be considered where they can demonstrate exceptional transferable skills.
