I’m looking for a motivated, people-focused Candidate Manager to join Momentum’s Property & Procurement desk in Wellington, supporting the Senior Consultant across the Procurement, Commercial and Property markets.


No recruitment experience is needed. What matters most is your confidence, communication skills, resilience and genuine interest in people.

What will you be doing?

  • Sourcing and screening candidates across procurement, commercial, contracts and property.
  • Conducting phone interviews and getting to know candidates, their experience and career goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong candidate networks and talent pools.
  • Coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication and keeping processes moving.
  • Identifying great people and matching them with opportunities.
  • Supporting the day-to-day running and growth of a busy recruitment desk.


What are we looking for?


You might come from retail, hospitality, sales, administration or be a recent graduate. Recruitment experience is a bonus, but definitely not essential.


We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Confident, personable and comfortable picking up the phone.
  • Organised, proactive and able to juggle a few things at once.
  • Resilient, curious and keen to learn.
  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys talking to people.
  • Motivated to build a long-term career and be part of a team that gets results.
