About the Role

This role is all about providing great customer service and supporting the day-to-day running of the business. You'll assist customers with enquiries, process sales, help manage stock, and work closely with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, learning new skills, and building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service to everyone who visits
• Assist customers with enquiries over the phone, by email, and at the counter
• Process sales and payments accurately while delivering a great customer experience
• Enter customer, sales, and stock information into the system
• Help with stock control, including receiving, arranging, and returning products
• Keep the workplace clean, tidy, and well organised while supporting the wider team

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in customer service or retail
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships
• Experience using POS systems and handling transactions
• Eagerness to learn and contribute as part of a team
• New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
