Job Description

Piccolo is a neighbourhood wine bar and bottle shop just metres from beautiful St Clair Beach in Dunedin. We're known for great wine, quality cocktails, Italian-inspired snacks and genuine hospitality.


We're looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. If you enjoy leading from the front, thrive in a busy service and know how to create a great atmosphere for both guests and your team, we'd love to hear from you.


Minimum of 3 years bartending and floor service experience.


This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the venue alongside our Venue Manager. You'll be leading shifts, delivering exceptional customer service and helping maintain the high standards Piccolo is known for.


**Strong beverage knowledge and a genuine passion for wine, cocktails and hospitality are essential**
