No ECE Experience? No Problem!

You don’t need formal ECE qualifications to apply! This is an excellent chance to gain experience and explore a potential career in early childhood education while being part of a supportive, welcoming team.

What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
  • Supporting a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive
  • Bringing energy, curiosity, and care into every classroom you visit


Who We’re Looking For:


  • Reliable, enthusiastic individuals who are available to pick up shifts regularly across the centres in your area
  • Two workplace references (Current and previous Managers)
  • Valid ID and the ability to pass Police Vetting
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand
  • A positive, adaptable approach and a genuine love for working with children
