We are looking for experienced Civil Machine Operators for upcoming starts on a number of projects on Auckland's North Shore.

Skilled Civil Machine Operators Wanted


With the civil construction season fast approaching, we're seeking experienced and reliable Civil Machine Operators to join our team.


As the preferred recruitment partner for many of the industry's leading civil contractors, we have multiple opportunities available across a range of projects. We're looking for the best operators who take pride in their work and are ready to hit the ground running.


We are on the look out for competent people to operate the following machinery:

  • Excavators
  • ADT/Moxys
  • Bully & Scoop
  • Compactor & Padfoot
  • Grader
  • Loaders

* Pay Rates dependent on Skill and the Machine being operated.*


What do we need?

  • Reliability, punctuality, commitment,
  • Ability to follow instructions and willingness to learn,
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and random tests thereafter,
  • Your own reliable transport to get to and from work,
  • WTR Endorsements,
  • Class 2 License is a bonus.

All applicants must hold a valid NZ work visa or an NZ resident. Any applications outside of New Zealand will not be considered for this role.
