Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Administrator for our Family Breakdown Assessment Service with a customer focus who is results driven and enjoys working in a team environment. The role has a strong focus on taking inbound calls and will involve a high percentage of the day inputting data.


This is a permanent part-time role (24 hours per week) and is based in Wellington CBD.


Excellent communication and organisational skills are key to this role. To undertake this role, you will need to be comfortable working with Microsoft Office suite and have strong data accuracy and co-ordination skills.


Skills and experience


You will be a well-organised and efficient Administrator excited about making a difference for rangatahi. To undertake this role, you will have:


  • Previous experience in an administrative and call-centre role (ideally in the not-for-profit sector)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in the co-ordination and management of contractors
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office products, including Excel
  • Be task driven, prioritising completing specific tasks and achieving immediate goals, often focusing on efficiency, deadlines, and clear execution
