The Role This isn't just about slapping on a coat of paint. You’ll be responsible for the full spectrum of high-end decorating, ensuring every surface is prepped to perfection and finished to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Surface Prep: Sanding, filling, masking, and priming to ensure a flawless foundation.
  • Expert Application: Full interior and exterior painting across a variety of substrates.
  • Specialist Finishes: Working with premium paints and coatings to achieve durable, aesthetic results.
  • Site Management: Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment while interacting positively with clients.
  • What You Bring to the TeamProven Experience: You are a seasoned professional who understands the nuances of the trade.
  • Technical Skill: While not mandatory, experience with airless spraying is a significant advantage and will put you at the front of the pack.
  • Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work, with a "can-do" attitude.
