The role:


As our Receptionist, you're the heartbeat of our Front Office. From a warm “hello” to a seamless check-in, you’ll lead the way in creating moments our guests remember long after they leave. You’ll thrive in a team that values energy, professionalism, and always going the extra mile.

What you bring:


  • Customer service experience in a similar environment
  • Confident communicator with a calm, solutions-focused attitude
  • Accuracy with systems (Opera experience a plus) and a strong attention to detail
  • You’re customer-first, always professional, and thrive under pressure
  • A flexible, can-do approach to rosters and a willingness to work AM + PM shifts, weekends or public holidays
  • 30+ hours per week / $27 per hour.
